Canadian Tenors
Following an eight-month cross-Canada casting call, four beautiful voices were united to bring their thrilling and unique sound to the world. Remigio Pereira, Fraser Walters, Jamie Mcknight, and Victor Micallef’s roots stem from Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, and Malta, combining to reflect the cultural mosaic that is Canada. Now known as The Canadian Tenors, they are in fact accomplished soloists in their own right, with experiences including starring-roles in a Grammy Award-Winning vocal group, The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, The Canadian Opera Company and international concert performances.
Their highly anticipated debut album combines the producing talents of Quiz and Larossi (Paul Potts, Diana Ross) American Grammy Award-Winner Steve Thompson (Madonna, Guns n’ Roses) and Canadian Juno Award-Winner Jeff Wolpert (Sarah Brightman, Nelly Furtado).
The Canadian Tenors debut album will be released in Autumn 2008 followed by tours to Europe, Asia and North America.
