2012 Canada Day in London Contest Disclaimer

Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase necessary to enter the Canada Day in London contest series (the “Contest Series”). All contests will end July 30th, 2012 at 12pm BST. Contest is open to UK residents only.
2. The Canada Day in London contest is open to all players, 18 years or older (or with parental permission) who are legally allowed to participate in such a contest as allowed by their local laws.
3. Players must submit the required materials (answer to the contest question) for each contest which will register the player on the spot, for a chance to win. Players will be informed if they are a winner by email. Limit one attempt per person, per section of the promotion. Canada Day 2012 and its partners are not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, scrambled or misdirected entries or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the contest. All entries become the property of Canada Day in London, and will not be returned or acknowledged.
4. Prizes will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners.
5. Players will be informed at the close of the contest if they are a winner, and if a player is identified as a winner, what prize has been won. Winners will receive their prizes by mail or can be collect in person at the Canada Day in London offices. If the winner is unable to receive their prize at Canada Day in London 2012, said prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s preferred address in the UK only. Canada Day in London assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
6. Canada Day shall retain all copyright in the Contest Series. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.
7. All programs and guarantees are subject to terms and conditions. Canada Day reserves the right to amend the rules and/or withdraw the Contest Series at any time without prior notice.
8. Canada Day in London reserves the right to store required data capture for the Canada Day in London event; Name, Email, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Nationality and City of Residence.
